We let one of our good friends and favorite Instagram-personalities, Erik Forsgren, show how he would dress for the last and biggest party of the year, New Years Eve.

The tuxedo is become more and more the go-to piece to wear once it's time to celebrate the last day of the year. We've seen an increasing number of questions and purchases regarding the tuxedo and it's not that hard to understand why. It might not be a piece of clothing hanging in every mans wardrobe but every man who's ever worn one can tell you why the gladly are using it as often as they can. It gives you an almost superior feeling of looking good (and who doesn't wanna have that feeling walking out of the door?) and it instantly puts you in a more "party ready"-mode. When the tux is on, the drinks are on.

Our friend Erik Forsgren decided to go with our model Moore which have a shawl collar. It's an classic and you can never go wrong with it. Over time you usally see some trends come and go, even with a classic and iconic piece as an tuxedo you can see trends. One year it's the double breasted, one year the peak lapels and the next a velvet one. If you don't wanna buy a new tuxedo every year, go with a classic like our Moore. This one will always get you through the night without being out of date. Here Erik has matched it with a nice white crisp shirt, as you should, and a self-tied bow tie, as you also should. Like a true gentleman he's also matched it with a classic smoking pipe which just adds to the elegance.
