What payment options are available?
Credit card: Visa or MasterCard, no costs are added.
PayPal: No costs are added.
Invoice to be paid within 14 days: Only available in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Account with the possibility to split the payment over 24 months: Only available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
Direct bank: Only available in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
What is the delivery time?
We dispatch your order as soon as we receive it and it will be sent by Sweden Post. All orders received prior to 2 pm on weekdays will be packed and sent the same day. The delivery time depends on where you live.
Can I change or return an item?
Certainly. You always have Purchase on approval and right to change within 14 days when you shop at SIR.se. The item must be in original condition, and of course unused (it is of course okay to try it on, carefully) and we would prefer it you returned it in the original packaging. You pay for the return freight. Your return order must be packed in a box or bag (please use the one you received with your delivery). We do not change or accept return of underwear. If you return shoes it is important that you do not stick the address note directly on the shoe box. Instead put it on packaging covering the shoe box (we would prefer to receive the original shoe box back). If your address is in Sweden, Denmark or Finland you will receive a return address label that you affix to the parcel you want to return, The return freight is free is when using the return address label (only for Sweden, Denmark, Finland).
How do I return an item?
1. Contact our Customer service within 14 days if, for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase. State your customer number and order number.
2. Tell us whether you want your money back or a new item. (If you want your money back it will take a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your item back and approve the return until the money is back with you).
3. Write the order number and your name on the return form that was packed together with your merchandise and send it along with the merchandise back to us. Please note that you are responsible for the cost for the return freight and the transportation risk if the delivery address was outside Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
What happens if I am lazy and don't collect the package you have sent?
We will be forced to charge you SEK 300 to cover our costs for delivery and handling of your order.
Do you keep all items in stock?
Yup. All items presented on the site, unless it says otherwise on the product page, are ready to be sent to you.
Why is my size not available for a certain product?
As soon as a size is sold out it is automatically erased. If the size is not available it means that it is sold out and that it will most likely not be available again.
Can I shop at SIR.se if I live outside Sweden?
We welcome customers from all over the world! You can see your shipping cost at the checkout before you send us your order. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU.
